Delivery times and shipping costs

We are currently shipping within Germany, within the EU and outside of the EU using German Mail and DHL.

Delivery time within Germany: 3 to 5 days
Delivery time within the EU: 1 to 2 Weeks
Delivery time outside the EU: 2 to 4 Weeks

Shipping costs within Germany: €6,00
Shipping costs within the EU: €12,00
Shipping costs ouside the EU: €18,00
All prices including taxes (VAT).
Orders from outside the EU are calculated without VAT during the checkout process.

The customer must pay all additional costs like customs duties and import/export charges which may become due in countries outside of the EU. Please contact us for special shipping conditions, if the shipping costs calculated automatically in the shop, do not seem suitable for your special needs.
